B+H Architects of Toronto chose ARC to capture the beautifully designed Heenan Blaikie law office based in Downtown Calgary. In addition to needing photography to document this project, the photos were particularly important as they were needed for an awards submission. Various areas of the office were captured over the course of 2 days with the results exceeding expectations.
Renovated Function Spaces
A face-lift of the Fairmont Waterfront's function spaces included a modernized "west coast" look and feel, from the leaf patterns in the carpeting, the wood paneling on the walls and doors, to the warm, Earth toned wallpaper. ARC was tasked to help highlight the new look, the flexibility of the spaces, as well as the audio-visual capabilities offered by the hotel.
Pool Deck & Outdoor Patio
The pool deck and patio at the Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver is a beautiful, sun-drenched outdoor space with both a city and a mountain view. It is also adjacent to the hotel's unique herb garden where the executive chef grows fresh herbs and spices for use in his kitchen. It is a multi-functional space that the marketing team wanted to be able to showcase to potential clients who may wish to hold events such as banquets, trade shows and, in this case, weddings.
Banquet Room with Full-service Wedding Set-up
ARC's goal of this photo shoot was provide the marketing department with photography showcasing the Fairmont Waterfront's ability to offer customized, full-service wedding packages in their banquet spaces. To ensure the highest quality product, ARC played an active role in staging and ensured that every detail was considered, from steaming of the table/chair linens to choice of table center-pieces.
Guest Rooms with Views
One of the biggest selling points for the Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver is its prime downtown location with close proximity to many of the things that visitors seek. It is across the street from both the new Vancouver Convention Centre and downtown Vancouver's cruise ship terminal and has spectacular views of the Vancouver Harbour and coast mountains. The task of this photo shoot was to show that a stay at the Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver is not simply a stay in a hotel room.

Whistler's signature hotel, the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Whistler, hired ARC to help fill in some gaps in their photography library. In particular, a new signature photo was needed to show off an updated lobby and the annual Christmas Fondue set-up at the golf club Chalet needed to captured.
The Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Whistler brought ARC in to help highlight some of their guestrooms. ARC was tasked to show off the unique features, amenities and services the hotel provides, such as in-suite catering, in-suite spa services, private mountain-view patios, and a turn-down service specifically designed for children. This project was as much about the welcoming and elegant rooms as it was about the experience of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Whistler.

Upon completion of hotel renovations, the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport contacted ARC to help showcase the new decor. In addition to a new signature exterior photograph, images for the marketing of meeting spaces and amenities were also required. A limited budget for this photo shoot meant that ARC was tasked with the staging and styling for the project.

Admok Creative was hired to design brochures for marketing a couple of new residential developments and thus asked ARC to supply the photography. Not only was it important to show the beautiful spaces, but the design details and finishings (scraped hardwood, stone fireplace, stainless steel finishes, granite countertops, etc.) all needed to be captured.
Jay Hodgins contracted ARC to document a couple of his Vancouver projects for his portfolio. Design details and the integration of design elements were the main focus of this project.
ARC was contacted by Kindred Construction to document a couple of projects - renovations to St. Mary's Anglican Church and the completion of the WISH Drop-In Centre. For St. Mary's Anglican Church, Kindred erected new support beams in the sancutary, renovated the kitchen, and constructed a new bell tower. The WISH Drop-In Centre involved a complete renovation of an existing space where the new centre would reside. New spaces include a lounge area, kitchen, bathroom with showers, and a meeting room.
